What is customer status in Teamgate?
There are two type of statuses available in Teamgate- customer status and prospect status. These statuses are partially automatic and changing according to the actions made with the particular customer. Statuses are set by default and cannot be customized.
What type of contact statuses are available in Teamgate?
Every contact can have these statuses:

Non Customer- this status is assigned to every new customer and means that there were no won deals in the past.

Past Customer- this status can be assigned to every customer if you are sure that there are no future possibilities to make a deal with a particular client. There could be or could be not active deals opportunities with the particular client.

Customer- this status is assigned automatically to every customer with which you have won a deal in the past. As well as, you can assign this status manually. There could be or could be not active deals opportunities with the particular client.;
And:

Non Prospect- this status is automatic and means that there is no active deals opportunities with the particular client.

Lost Prospect- this status is automatic and changes when you lose a deal with the particular contact.

Prospect- this status is automatic and changes when you create a deals opportunity with the particular contact.
