How to set tasks / activity goals?

Set your company’s sales and activity goals by employee and period by following these steps:

1. Open Insights module > Goals > Tasks Goals

2. Select the period:

For previous period click “Last” and choose “Month”; “Quarter”; “Year”.
For future period click “This” and choose “Month”; “Quarter”; “Year”.

3. Select the type of task. See how to customize activity types here.

3. Every employee has dedicated columns. Enter the goals to the blank fields.

4. You have to set the goals for every user separately.

Note: To track how successful your employees are reaching their tasks goals see the see the Dashboard section Activity goals vs. Performance this month. To see the tasks goals click “Select goals” button on the top right of this chart.
