Teamgate will show you which information you need to store for the high quality of your customers database. Contacts, URL, addresses and description – this information is a standard for every database… Just try to create a new company and you will be able to add all those things. But we could offer you the way more!
If you need to store more information about your Contact or Company, you could simple create a new custom field. Try to imagine, you are opening the company card and see all the possible information:

All the contact data

Responsible person for communication

All company’s employees with their contacts

List of the competitors who are in touch with this company

List of the products they bought from you

Full descriptions
Sounds nice, isn’t it? So try to customize everything by yourself: Settings > Customize your system > Additional fields
Select the type of the fields and don’t forget to set where you want to have it: at the sales card or company card, or contact card. You’ll be able to use this field anytime you want and find it by clicking on the Additional information tab.
Remember that you are able to view your all communication history at the company/contact/sales card in History section. There will be all your sent emails copies and all the activities you have done before (calls, to-do’s and meetings).
Use filters and find all your necessary information. Please combine it with the search results.
One more thing: don’t forget about tags! It’s the easiest way to filter any thing you want to. Create some new at the Customize your system in the Settings section.
